摘要
利用超声波法从益母草中提取总生物碱,并利用正交试验法,分别对浸泡时间、溶剂用量、超声提取时间等因素进行了正交试验设计.正交试验因素分析结果表明:对益母草中总生物碱提取因素重要次序为:浸泡时间>溶剂用量>超声萃取时间.并得到优选后的最佳工艺条件:益母草的浸泡时间为8 h,加入95%乙醇溶剂为36 g,超声波萃取时间为60 min.
Ultrasonic methods were used to extract total alkaloids from leonurus, and the immersion time, solvent amount, ultrasonic extraction time and other factors were designed by orthogonal experiments respectively. Orthogonal experimental factor analysis results showed the priority sequence of extraction factors of the total alkaloid from leonurus is: soaking time〉solvent amount〉ultrasonic extraction time. And the optimum conditions after optimization is: leonurus soaking hour of 8 h, 95 % ethanol solvent adding amount of 36 g, ultrasonic extraction time of 60 min.
