摘要
真空预压混凝土技术是一种新技术,其工艺就是对未凝固的混凝土施以真空预压,使其脱水和压密,达到增加强度,减少体积收缩变形,消灭早期裂缝,提高耐久性之目的。文中分析了其可行性和一系列物理水力化学机理。应用于高速公路路面,可浇筑出长达200 m的无筋水泥混凝土的连续路面。
As an innovative approach,the vacuum precompression technique in concrete processing aims to strengthen the concrete's intensity,reduce shrinkage and deformation,avoid early cracks and increase its durability by dehydrating and intensifying unhardened concrete through vacuumization and precompression.This paper analyzes its feasibility as well as a serial of physical,hydraulic and chemical mechanism.Applying this technique in expressway pavement,we can construct continuous non-reinforced concrete road as long as 200 meters.
