摘要
通过对图书馆读者服务工作的发展变化研究,梳理发展历程,指出了变化中的优势特点与存在的不足,概括出表现形式、服务方式等特征,提出了网络时代读者服务的发展模式。
By studying on the changes and developments of library reader＇s service and its development course,in this article,the advantages and disadvantages during its changing were pointed out,and the characteristic of its expression forms,service modes,etc.were summarized and a developing mode of reader service in E-era was proposed.
