Minorities in West China create Information resources with unique features about political,economic and ethnic folk culture,tourism in their long historical development process.And these Information resources constitute important parts of the splendid Chinese civilization.When they are collected and passed round,by librarians sorting,processing,and compiling,and they have developed their own distinctive characteristics.Because they have certain originality and innovation,they should cause the attention of the various circles of society,and should be given the appropriate legal protection of intellectual property,so that they can get better protection and transferring,and produce its greater function.
