摘要
搞好读者服务是公共图书馆永恒的主题,研究了开展"零距离"服务必须以人为本,分析了全心全意服务必须从心理上与读者零距离,结合工作实践提出了创新图书馆服务模式与读者零距离的做法。
Serving readers is the everlasting theme of library.This article,"zero distance" service was reader oriented and to serve readers mentally with heart and soul.By combining working situation,it was suggested that providing the full service for readers should with mental zero distance and some measures for innovative library service mode and zero distance service were proposed.
