摘要
机电集成传动是以超环面行星蜗杆传动为机械设计基础,集机械、电磁、永磁、控制于一体的新型传动机构。以磁场理论为基础,利用积分法和坐标变换方法对机电集成传动行星轮永磁场的空间分布进行了分析计算,推导出了机电集成传动行星轮磁场分布的计算公式,利用所得公式对机电集成传动行星轮磁场的分布进行了计算,分析总结了机电集成传动行星轮磁场空间分布的分布规律,讨论了机电集成传动行星轮磁场空间分布的影响因素。
Electromechanical integrated toroidal transmission is a new type of transmission mechanism that uses toroidal drive to integrate machinery,electromagnetism,permanent magnet and control.Based on the magnetic field theory,this paper computes the space distribution of the magnetic field of electromechanical integrated toroidal transmission planetary wheel with the integral method and the coordinate transformation method.It derives the formulas for computing the space distribution of the magnetic field and then does the computation.It also analyzes the factors that influence the space distribution of the magnetic field.
