小儿夜遗尿症112例临床表型和遗传模式的关联性研究 被引量：5

摘要 遗尿症是指小儿已达到应自主控制排尿的年龄，但仍不能自主随意控制排尿。遗尿在临床上多指此年龄后小儿夜间不能从睡眠中醒来而发生无意识的排尿，即夜间遗尿，俗称尿床。我们对112例夜遗尿症患儿的临床资料进行分析，初步探讨夜遗尿症的临床表型和遗传模式有无关联性。现报告如下。
