螺旋CT诊断肺动静脉瘘一例
摘要
患者，男，70岁。体检发现右下肺占位，平素无不适。影像学表现：胸部X线片显示右下肺分叶状高密度影，病灶似与右肺门区有异常血管影相连（图1a），CT平扫肺窗显示右下肺多发圆形结节，周围见条状阴影，边界清晰（图1b）；纵隔窗显示右下肺多发结节，密度均匀，边缘光整（图1c）；
