中西医结合治疗高血压左心室肥厚逆转的临床观察

Clinical Observation on the Management of Hypertension complicating Left Ventricular Hypertrophy with Integrated WM and TCM

采用防己黄芪汤胶囊配合复方降压素治疗高血压左心室肥厚30例,并设复方降压素治疗30例作对照。超声心动图(UCG)测定LVDd(左室舒张期内径)、IVST(室间隔厚度)、LVPWT(左室后壁厚度)。结果:治疗组显效19例,有效6例,无效5例,总有效率为83.33%,左心室心肌重量指数(LVMI)下降,与治疗前比较P<0.05;对照组显效2例,有效2例,无效26例,总有效率为13.33%。两组总有效率比较差异显著(P<0.05)。
