对新一轮土地利用总体规划的再思考——以临夏回族自治州为例

A Reconsideration on the General Planning of a New Round of Land Use with Linxia as an Example

采用文献综述法、归纳总结法、举例说明法,对新一轮土地利用规划工作作了分析、总结和思考,为规划进一步落实和下轮规划编制提供借鉴.认为:(1)前两轮规划为新一轮规划提供了基本的框架;(2)新一轮规划内容丰富而全面;(3)此次规划仍然存在隐忧亟待解决.结论为:对于规划的编制需要系统性全面考虑,在规划的落实上需要多部门联动配合.

A new round of land use and planning work is going on to provide reference for further realization and the next round of planning.It is concluded that the first two rounds of planning has provided the basic framework for the new round of planning,that the contents of the new round planning are rich and comprehensive,and that there are potential problems to be solved.The next planning work asks for systematic considerations and joint efforts made by various departments concerned.
