摘要
劳动定额管理是企业管理工作中一项重要的基础工作。本文根据渤海海洋平台制造公司劳动定额管理的实际经验,较系统地介绍了在海洋平台制造工程中比较适用的几种劳动定额的计算方法及应用范围。文中提到的几种计算方法,对导管架制造前的报价、估算、宏观控制以及其他管理人员在合理组织生产、制定生产计划、进行劳力平衡等方面,具有一定的参考价值。
The management of labour quota is one of the importent jobs in enterprise management. Based on the management of labour quota experienced by BOC Offshore Platform Fabrication Company, this paper systimatically presents several applicable calculation methods and their adaptable areas in the management of labour quota. The methods are offered here for reference which include the quoted price, calculation, overall control before the manufacture of the jacket, as well as the reasonable organization of production, working out the production plan, balance of the labour by the management personel.
