消痞抗癌方治疗原发性肝癌的临床研究

Clinical Research on the Treatment of Primary Carcinoma of Liver with Xiaopi Kangai Fomula(消痞抗癌方)

采用消痞抗癌方治疗中晚期原发性肝癌患者30例,并设化疗治疗15例为对照组。结果:两组癌灶客观疗效总有效率无显著性差异(P>0.05);期患者治疗组治疗后生存期长于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后生活质量、症状、体征积分值均改善,与治疗前及对照组比较,有显著性差异(P<0.01)。提示口服消痞抗癌方可治疗原发性肝癌,其抑癌效果与化疗相当。

Thirty cases of primary carcinoma of the liver between middle and late period were treated with Xiaopi Kangai Formula (XKF),and 15 cases with chemical therapy were set up as the control group.Result:The total rate of carcinoma focus impersonal curative effect in both groups did not have significant difference (P<0.05).The survival rate of Ⅲ period patients was higher than the control group (P<0.05).The mark of the life quality,symptom and physical sign was higher than the control group also,the difference between them was significant (P<0.05).It demonstrated that the suppressive effect of carcinoma of oral XKF on primary liver carcinoma was similar to the chemical therapy.
