温和灸对痛经大鼠血清CD3、CD4、CD8影响的实验研究 被引量:11

摘要 目的:观察温和灸对实验性痛经大鼠T细胞亚群水平的影响。方法:乙烯雌酚和催产素模拟制作痛经模型,观察痛经大鼠的扭体反应情况和大鼠胸腺、脾脏的变化,检测大鼠血浆CD3、CD4、CD8水平。结果:温和灸能明显减少痛经模型大鼠30 min内扭体次数,与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);模型组CD3、CD4、CD8水平与空白组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),存在明显的免疫功能低下。阳性药物组、温和灸治疗组CD3、CD4、CD8水平与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。模型组免疫器官胸腺和脾脏发生了明显的病理变化,温和灸治疗组、阳性药物组的胸腺和脾脏的病理变化程度较模型组轻微。结论:温和灸对原发性痛经大鼠疼痛,影响外周血T淋巴细胞亚群和免疫器官,在一定程度上拮抗免疫功能低下。 Objective: To investigate the influences of warming moxibustion on T lymphocyte subgroups in experimental dysmenorrhea rats. Methods: The models of dysmenorrhea were made with diethylstilbestrol and oxyto-cin. The body writhing responses and changes of the thymus gland and spleen were observed in dysmenorrhea rats. CD3 ,CIM and CD8 in serum were measured in the rats. Results: Warming moxibustion could significantly decrease the numbers of body twists in dysmenorrhea rats, and significant difference showed between treatment groupand model control group (P 〈0. 01 ). CD3, CD4 and CD8 in model control group were sigmticantly dltterent trom those in bland control group (P 〈 0. 01 ), and immunologic function in model control group were markedly in hypofunction. There were significant differences in CD3, CD4 and CD8 between treatment group and model control group, and control group and model control group (P 〈 0. 01 ). The thymus gland and spleen changed pathological-ly and markedly in model control group, changes to a certain good analgesic effect degree compared to but also influences but those in treatment group and control group had slightly pathological model control group. Conclusion: Warming moxibustion not only has a on T lymphocyte subgroups in peripheral blood and immune organs, andimproves the hypofunction of immune to a certain degree in essential dysmenorrhea rats.
