Carbon-sink Theory and Green Development

碳汇是人类及其环境存在的基础和前提,它代表了自然价值的最高层次,在生态文明时代被赋予极大的期待。在全球化的低碳文明背景下,绿色发展、低碳发展已成为我国的发展战略,必然要求相关的理论研究与之呼应,而理论创新也要跟上时代的步伐。为此,本文提出了碳汇理论研究的初步框架,即碳汇发生学研究、价值研究、复杂性研究和伦理研究。碳汇理论研究的意义在于:弘扬全球伦理,倡导终极关怀,发展碳汇经济,以此调整经济结构,转变发展方式,推动绿色发展。

Carbon-sink is the foundation and precondition for the existence of human beings and the environments,which stands for the highest level of natural value,and is endowed with great expectation in the eco-era.Under the background of globalized low-carbon civilization,low-carbon development becomes our national development strategy,which calls for the corresponding theoretical studies,and theoretical innovation should keep in pace with the times.Thus,this paper proposes the initial frame of theoretical studies of carbon-sink,that is,carbon-sink genetics study,value study,complexity study and ethic study.The significance of these studies lie in the following aspects：enhancing global ethics,initiating ultimate concern,developing carbon-sink economy,so to adjust economic structure,to transform development modes,and to promote green development.
