摘要 目的 研究老年髋部骨折病人松质骨内无机及微量元素含量。方法 应用质子激发X射线荧光分析技术 (PIXE)测定 1 2只股骨头松质骨中无机及微量元素含量 ,其中青年组 5例 ,老年组 7例。结果 老年组钙、磷、铜、铁和锶元素含量明显低于青年组 (P <0 0 5~ 0 0 1 ) ,而硫、钾、镍和锌元素含量无显著性差异。结论 测定老年人骨内微量元素含量可能对预测髋部骨折及骨质疏松症的疗效评价等有一定临床价值。 Objective To investigate the quantitative changes of the inorganic substances and trace elements in the cancellous part of femoral head of the elderly patients with hip fracture. Methods We determined the content of inorganic substances and trace elements in the capital cancellous part of the elderly with femoral neck fractures by means of proton induced x ray emission(PIXE),and compared with that of the young adults.Results It was revealed that the concentration of Ca,P,Cu,Fe and Sr in aged group were significantly lower than those in the young group ( P <0 05~0 01),while the concentration of S,K,Ni and Zn showed no significant difference.Conclusion It is suggested that the determination of inorganic substances and trace elements in elderly patients might have an important clinical significance in the treatment of the elderly patients with osteoporosis.
