摘要 目的 研究乙酰半胱氨酸 (NAC)对内毒素性休克兔的治疗作用。方法 以大肠杆菌内毒素 (0 5 5 :B5 )复制内毒素休克模型 ,并分为对照组和NAC治疗组 ,对两组间的血压变化、乳酸、丙二醛及一氧化氮的浓度变化进行了比较。结果 NAC治疗组血压下降的峰值较对照组减少 30 % ,乳酸和丙二醛浓度上升小于对照组 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 NAC在内毒素休克早期可延缓血压下降和过氧化反应 ,对氧代谢也有一定保护作用。 Objective To study the therapeutic effects of N acetyl 1 cysteine (NAC) in rabbit endotoxic shock. Methods Rabbits which were divided into control group and NAC group were challenged by E.coli LPS(055:B5) to set up the model of endotoxic shock.The alteration of blood pressure and changes of concentration of lactic acid,malondialdehyde and nitrogen monoxide between the two groups were compared with each other.Results The reduction of blood pressure of NAC group was 30% less than that of control.The increased concentration of lactic acid and malondialdehyde was also less than that of control group.Conclusion NAC can delay the reduction of blood pressure and oxidative stress.It also has protective effect on oxygen metabolism.
