蛋白激酶C与P-糖蛋白介导的肿瘤多药耐药 被引量：1

摘要 肿瘤细胞的多药耐药 ( MDR)是化疗失败的重要原因 ,严重影响肿瘤的预后。蛋白激酶 C( PKC)是一族结构相近、具有异质性的同工酶 ,参与细胞信号传递、蛋白质的磷酸化等多种生理、生化及病理过程。近年来的研究表明 ,PKC与 P-糖蛋白 ( P- gp)介导的 MDR有关 ,PKC可能通过调节mdr1基因和 P- gp而在 MDR中起作用。PKC抑制剂在 MDR的逆转方面具有一定作用。
