摘要
目的通过对LX-20与日立7600生化分析仪进行比对,探讨两者之间检测结果的一致性。方法按照美国临床实验室标准化委员会(NCCLS)EP9-A2文件的要求,应用两台生化分析仪对40份随机标本同时进行测定,测定项目包括天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、血淀粉酶(AMY)、尿素氮(BUN)、肌酸激酶(CK)、血肌酐(CREA)、血尿酸(UA)和钾离子(K+)。结果 LX-20和日立7600检测结果除了AMY外,其他指标在统计学上无显著差异。LX-20和日立7600检测AST的结果(x±s)分别为(38.7±80.7)、(39.5±92.0)U/L,ALP的结果分别为(93.5±55.1)、(93.4±55.2)U/L,AMY的结果分别为(85.2±95.6)、(142.6±132.4)U/L,BUN的结果分别为(5.41±1.99)、(5.42±2.00)mmol/L,CK的结果分别为(119.4±166.2)、(117.9±166.8)U/L,CREA的结果分别为(62.7±20.2)、(62.8±20.1)μmol/L,UA的结果分别为(269.3±96.6)、(278.6±108.2)μmol/L,K+的结果分别为(3.75±0.43)、(3.77±0.42)mmol/L。两者检测AST、ALP、AMY、BUN、CK、CREA、UA和K+离子的结果呈良好的相关性,相关系数分别为0.9999、0.9997、0.9956、0.9990、0.9999、0.9993、0.9559和0.9852。结论贝克曼LX-20和日立7600全自动生化分析仪的检测结果除AMY外具有良好的一致性。
Objective To investigate the harmonization of the analytical results of LX-20 and Hitachi 7600 automated biochemistry analyzers. Methods AST, ALP, AMY, BUN, CK, CREA, UA and K+ of 40 random samples were detected by two different biochemistry analyzer accoding with EP9-A2 issued by NCCLS. Results The detection results of all iterns except AMY had no significant difference between LX-20 and Hitachi 7600 (P〉0.05). The results (x- ± s) obtained by LX-20 and Hitachi 7600 were as follows: AST[(38.7 ± 80.7), (39.5 ± 92.0) U/L], ALP[(93.5 ± 55.1), (93.4 ± 55.2) U/L], AMY[(85.2 ± 95.6), (142.6 ± 132.4) U/L], BUN[(5.41 ± 1.99), (5.42 ± 2.00) mmol/L], CK[(119.4 ± 166.2), (117.9 ± 166.8) U/L], CREA[(62.7 ± 20.2), (62.8 ± 20.1) umol/L], UA[(269.3 ± 96.6), (278.6 ± 108.2)umol/L], and K+[(3.75 ±0.43), (3.77 ± 0.42) mmol/L], respectively. Besides, there had good correlation for them in detecting AST, ALP, AMY, BUN, CK, CREA, UA and K+. The correlation coefficients were 0.9999, 0.9997, 0.9956, 0.9990, 0.9999, 0.9993, 0.9559 and 0.9852, respectively. Conclusions There is good correlation and agreement for the results obtained by LX-20 and Hitachi 7600 automated biochemistry analyzers except for AMY.
