高效氯氰菊酯毒饵的制备及杀灭蜚蠊效果观察

PREPARATION OF POISON BAIT OF CYPERMETHRIN AND OBSERVATION OF THE EFFECT ON ELIMINATING BLATTELLA GERMANICA

目的 :寻找杀灭蜚蠊 (Blattellagermanica)的高效制剂 ,制备高效氯氰菊酯毒饵。方法 :将氯氰菊酯可湿性粉剂与增效剂八氯二丙醚按比例混合 ,配以红糖、奶粉等制成所需颗粒状毒饵。进行适口性及动物毒性试验 ,并进行实验室和现场杀蜚蠊效果观察。结果 :适口性试验结果表明 ,蜚蠊对高效氯氰菊酯毒饵和混合饲料 2 4h消耗量分别为 98mg和 8mg。动物毒性试验结果表明 ,该毒饵对小白鼠的LD50 >10 0 0 0mg·kg 1BW。实验和现场杀灭蜚蠊结果表明 ,该毒饵具有高效、低毒及击倒虫体迅速的特点。投放毒饵 3个月后 ,虫体仍保持低密度。结论 :高效氯氰菊酯毒饵具有高效速杀和滞留杀灭蜚蠊的效果 ,完全符合实际应用要求。

Objective:To search for effective preparatation on eliminating coackroach.Methods:Mix cypermethrin, synergism, brown sugar and milk powder in proportion to make poison bait. Carry on palatable test and animal toxicity test.Results:Palatable test suggested that coackroach have used up 98 mg poison bait in 24 h, and 8 mg mixed feed in 24 h. Animal toxicity test suggest that LD 50 of the poison bait is 1 000 mg·kg 1 weight white mouse. In experiment and testing ground, eliminting coackroach make clear that the poison bait has characteristics of rapid killing and low poison. Even the Poison bait was thrown in three months, the coackroach still maintained the low density. Conclusion:This poison bait has concentrated rapid and detainted effect on eliminating coackroach and conforms to the require of apply to paratice.
