摘要
目的观察胃腺癌组织中基质金属蛋白酶-14(matrix metalloproteinase-14,MMP-14)和血管内皮生长因子-C(vascular endothelial growth factor-C,VEGF-C)蛋白的表达特点,二者的表达价值及关系,以期为临床工作提供理论支持。方法本实验以76例胃腺癌标本作为观察组,40例正常胃粘膜组织作为对照组,采用流式细胞术检测二组标本中MMP-14和VEGF-C蛋白的表达,并分析二者的关系及临床差别。结果 MMP-14和VEGF-C在胃腺癌中的表达量明显高于正常胃粘膜组织,胃腺癌MMP-14和VEGF-C蛋白在不同浸润深度、不同分化程度、有无淋巴结转移及不同临床分期的比较中,差别有统计学意义。线性相关分析显示胃腺癌中MMP-14和VEGF-C蛋白之间具有正相关性。结论 MMP-14和VEGF-C在胃腺癌中高表达,MMP-14和VEGF-C在胃腺癌的发生发展中可能具有重要作用,MMP-14可能对VEGF-C诱导的淋巴管生成有一定促进作用。
Objective To investigate the expressions of MMP-14 and VEGF-C protein, observe their significance on development and metastasis in gastric adenocarcinoma. Methods The study included 76 cases of gastric adenocarcinoma as observation group and 40 cases of normal gastric tissues as control group. We detected the expressions of MMP-14 and VEGF-C protein in different clinical characters by using FCM. Results The expressions of MMP-14 and VEGF-C were higher in the observation group than those in the control group. The expressions of MMP- 14 and VEGF-C were correlated with invasion, differentiation, lymph node metastasis and clinical stage. The expressions of MMP-14 and VEGF-C were postively correlated in gastric adenocarcinoma. Conclusions The higher MMP-14 and VEGF-C protein promote the occurrence and development in gastric adenocarcinoma. MMP-14 may promote the lymphangiogenesis by VEGF-C in neoplasm.
