摘要
目的研究人血25-(OH)-VitD含量与CD4+T-淋巴细胞绝对计数的相关性,了解VitD对人体免疫系统的作用和影响。方法采用高档LC-MS/MS质谱仪,利用生物芯片技术测定CD4+T-淋巴细胞绝对计数,利用25-(OH)-VitD金标准方法测定284例病人血中25-(OH)-VitD总含量、25-(OH)-VitD2含量和25-(OH)-VitD3含量,并采用统计学方法,研究其与CD4+T-淋巴细胞的相关性。结果与CD4+T-淋巴细胞绝对计数的Pearson相关系数分别为:25-(OH)-VitD总含量0.172,P=0.004;25-(OH)-VitD2含量0.0034,P=0.660;25-(OH)-VitD3含量0.192,P=0.001。结论 25-(OH)-VitD总含量及25-(OH)-VitD3含量与CD4+T-淋巴细胞绝对计数密切相关,而25-(OH)-VitD2含量与CD4+T-淋巴细胞绝对计数无关;VitD对人体免疫系统具有一定作用和影响。
Objective To explore the effect and influence of VitD on human immune system through the study of the relationship between human serum 25-(OH)-VitD content and absolute count of CD4+ T-lymphocyte. Methods The high quality LC-MS/MS spectrometer were used to detected the total serum 25-(OH)-VitD content, 25-(OH)-VitD2 content and 25-(OH)-VitD3 content and absolute count of CD4+ T-lymphocyte in 284 patients through the gold standard of 25-(OH)-VitD detection and biochip technique. The respective correlations between absolute count of CD4+ T lymphocyte and other items were studied though statistical methods. Results The Pearson correlation coefficients with absolute count of CD4+ T lymphocyte were as follows: total serum 25-(OH)-VitD content of 0.172, P =0.004; 25-(OH)-VitD2 content of 0.0034, P =0.660; 25-(OH)-VitD3 content of 0.192, P =0.001. Conclusions The total serum 25-(OH)-VitD content and 25-(OH)-VitD3 content have closely related to the absolute count of CD4+ T-lymphocyte, while the 25-(OH)-VitD2 content has nothing to do with the absolute count of CD4+ T-lymphocyte. VitD has certain effect and influence on human immune system.
