HBV感染产妇及新生儿外周血IL-8、IL-8mRNA表达

Expression of IL-8 and IL-8 mRNA in Peripheral Blood of the Puerperas with HBV Infection and Their Newborns

目的探讨HBV感染产妇外周血IL-8、IL-8mRNA的表达及其对新生儿的影响。方法以ELISA法检测产妇、新生儿乙肝标志物和血清IL-8含量,Real-timePCR检测产妇PBMC与新生儿CBMC中IL-8mRNA含量。结果 HBV感染产妇有59.76%(49/82)的新生儿出现宫内感染,其中新生儿出现单一HBsAg(+)者为27.27%,"小三阳"者为62.50%,"大三阳"者为82.14%。HBV感染产妇、新生儿外周血IL-8、IL-8mRNA的表达水平均高于正常组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 HBV感染产妇和新生儿外周血IL-8、IL-8mRNA水平均显著增高,两者呈正相关,HBV感染可能是介导产妇和新生儿外周血IL-8、IL-8mRNA水平升高的重要原因。

Objective To study the expression of IL-8 and IL-8 mRNA in peripheral blood of puerperas with HBV infection and its influence on their newborns. Methods The levels of IL-8 and IL-8 mRNA in peripheral blood of the puerperas and newborns were all detected by ELISA and Real-time PCR. Results The rate of intrauterine infection was 59.76%（49/82） in the puerperas with HBV infection. Among them, the rotes of single HBsAg （＋）, negative of HBeAg and positive of HBeAg in cord blood of newborns were 27.27%, 62.50% and 82.14%, respectively. The levels of IL-8 and IL-8 mRNA in peripheral blood of the puerperas and newborns were all higher than those in normal controls （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions HBV infection may be an important reason for high level of IL-8 and IL-8 mRNA in peripheral blood of the puerperas and newborns.
