152例老年人上消化道异物的内镜下治疗及分析

Endoscopic Therapy and Analysis on 152 Elderly Patients with Upper Gastrointestinal Tract Foreign Bodies

目的为了更好的诊断和治疗老年人上消化道异物,预防并发症。方法对152例老年人上消化道异物进行胃镜下治疗及分析。结果 92例经胃镜异物钳取出,34例由异物钳送入胃腔,18例经食管狭窄扩张器推入胃腔,6例经食管镜取出,2例经手术取出异物。结论对于上消化道异物的老年患者应注意是否合并食管疾病及心肺功能异常。

Objective To better diagnose and treat the elderly patients with upper gastrointestinal tract foreign bodies and prevent complications. Methods 152 elderly patients with upper gastrointestinal tract foreign bodies received the endoscopic therapy, and the analysis was carded on. Results The result showed that the foreign bodies were taken out by foreign matter pliers in 92 cases, sent into the gastral cavity by foreign matter pliers in 34 cases, pushed into the gastral cavity by narrow expander of esophagus in 18 eases, taken out by the esophagoscope in 6 cases and taken out by the surgery in 2 cases. Conclusions For elderly patients with upper gastrointestinal tract foreign bodies, the situation of complications as esophageal disease and abnormal cardio-pulmonary function should be noticed.
