摘要
目的探讨反复流产的治疗方法。方法通过上环治疗反复流产的23名患者并观察受孕情况。结果怀孕19例,其中双胎1例,3例在怀孕过程中发生流产,成功率为82.6%。结论通过上环的方法可以用来治疗反复流产,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the methods of treating recurrentabortion. Methods 23 patients with recurrentabortion were treated with IUD; the conception situations were observed. Results The result showed 19 cases of pregnancy, including 1 case of twins and 3 cases of abortion, with success rate of 82.6%. Conclusion IUD treatment ofrecurrentabortion is worthy of clinical application.
