浅谈部队水痘患者的护理体会

Nursing Experience on Troop's Chickenpox

目的讨论部队官兵水痘的护理措施。方法配合医生的各项治疗,对广大水痘官兵进行相应的身体和心理护理。结果根据病原学资料,水痘是带状疱疹病毒属疱疹病毒科,传染性极强,对有水痘病毒接触史的官兵,要充分做好消毒隔离工作,引起足够的警惕,防止水痘大面积传播。根据流行病学资料,水痘发病呈全球性,冬春季多见,呈散发性,部队应在相应的季节做好防范工作。根据水痘的临床表现,起病急、轻、中度发热且出现皮疹,要结合患者出疹情况及各项实验室检查,对官兵的水痘病情做出正确的判断和护理。结论了解官兵的心理需求,心要时给予帮助,树立其战胜水痘的信心。

Objective To discuss the nursing measures of chickenpox in army. Methods The physical and psychological nursing measures were taken to patients with chickanpox to coordinate the doctor＇s treatment. Results According to the etiology data, chickenpox is shingles of herpes virus families, with extremely strong infectivity. For those who had chickenpox virus exposure, we should have enough vigilance and take measures for disinfection and segregation to prevent large area spread. According to the cpidemiology data, chickenpox is a kind of global disease, which, happens more in winter and spring, and shows the feature：of sporadic; prevention should be taken in corresponding seasons. According to the clinical manifestations of urgent chickenpox, and light, moderate fever and a rash, we should have a correct judgment and nursing combined with the laboratory tests. Conclusions Nursing measures such as understanding the patients＇ psychological need, giving help when necessary and setting up patients＇ confidence of recovery should be taken for patients with chickenpox.
