护士长兼老年专科护士的工作实践和体会

Practice and Experience of Head Nurses Acting as Part Time Specialized Nurses of Gereology

专科护士是在护理专业化进程中形成和发展起来的高级临床护理工作者。随着社会人口的老龄化,老年专科护士也越来越受到人们的关注。笔者所在的医院从2009年起由经过专科护士培训的护士长兼老年专科护士,在有效做好护理管理的前提下,发挥专科护士的作用:优化老年专科的护理流程,教导和培训护士老年专科知识和技能并用于临床护理工作中。经过2年的临床护理实践,在护理管理、老年专科护理质量、老年患者教育等方面均获得很好的成效,患者的综合满意度从96%升至99%。

Specialized nurses are the senior clinical nurses producing and developing in the process of nursing specialization. With the aging of the population, people pay more and more attention to specialized nurses of gereology. In our hospital, the specially trained head nurse acted as part time specialized nurse of gereology from 2009. Nurses planned their work as a specialized nurse of gereology as well as nursing management and optimized specilized nursing mode of gereolgy. She also trained and instructed the nurses from other departments with gerontal knowledge and nursing skills, then practised in clinical nursing procedure. After two years of clinical nursing practice, the achievements were gained in nursing administration, special nursing cluality of gereology and education on aged patients. The over-all satisfaction rate of patients rose from 96% up to 99%.
