Progress on Nucleotide Analogues in Treating HBV-Related Chronic Liver Cirrhosis

由于各种药物化学结构不同,抑制乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)环节不同,导致抗毒的强弱、病毒变异及耐药的发生率和安全性等方面并不完全相同。本文就各种抗病毒药物在乙肝肝硬化病人治疗的进展做一综述。

Due to the variety of chemical structures and mechanisms of virus suppression of anti-HBV drugs, the drugs＇ effectiveness, virus mutation and viral resistance rate, and drug safety are different from each other： This paper reviewed the current progress of the development of different kinds of anti-HBV drugs and their clinical effectiveness in the treatment of patients with HBV-related liver cirrhosis.
