摘要
目的探讨护生主查式教学查房模式对提高护理教学查房的效果。方法对2009年5月至2011年4月64名护理本科及大专实习护生实施护生主查式教学查房并进行问卷调查,了解护生对查房前准备、查房安排、查房效果的满意度。结果查房前准备护生满意度96.9%,查房安排护生满意度98.4%,查房效果护生满意度95.3%。结论护生主查式教学查房模式增强了护生查房的主动参与意识,提高了护生分析解决问题的能力,提高了查房的效果,值得在护理查房教学中应用。
Objective To explore the effect of nursing student-centred teaching ward rounds in improvement of nursing teaching. Methods Sixty-four nursing students undergoing nursing student-centred teaching ward rounds from May 2009 to April 2011 were investigated with questionnaire to evaluate their satisfaction in ward rounds preparation, arrangements and effects. Results 96.9% nursing students were satisfied with ward rounds preparation, 98.4% with arrangements, and 95.3% with the effects. Conclusion The nursing student-centred teaching ward rounds mode has enhanced the sense of active participation, improved the ability of problem-analysing and solving, and increased the effect ofward rounds, which is worthy of application in ward rounds teaching.
