摘要 静电陀螺监控器的陀螺控制信号是监视和判断该设备是否成功启动的关键因素。目前该设备启动相关的陀螺控制信号均为模拟信号,以手动操作和人工判断为主,存在较大的误差,影响设备启动的可靠性。针对上述情况,基于虚拟仪器技术,设计了一套数字化的陀螺控制信号的自动检测系统。该系统信号判断精确,自动化程度高,改进了以往模拟信号检测存在的不足,提高了静电陀螺监控器启动相关陀螺控制信号的准确性,确保了设备启动的可靠性和成功率。 The gyro control signals of electrostatic support gyro monitor (ESGM) are key elements of monitoring and jud- ging whether the device is ready to work normally. These analog signals produce more error while these are tested by manual operation and judged by operator, so the reliability of starting ESGM is indeterminate at the moment. Based on virtual instruments technology, a set of automatic digital test system of gyro control signals is designed in the paper. The system has accurate judgement and high-level automation, and conquers the shortcoming of analog signals. It ensures the reliability and success rate of starting ESGM, improves accuracy of relative gyro control signals in the course of the device start.
