摘要
目的:研究不同浓度谷氨酸钠对蟾蜍离体心肌收缩力和心率的影响。方法:采用蟾蜍离体心脏灌流,给予不同浓度谷氨酸钠的任氏液灌流,使用生物信号采集处理系统记录分析心肌收缩力和心率。结果:10、15mg/mL谷氨酸钠溶液显著增强心肌收缩力(P<0.05),20mg/mL谷氨酸钠溶液使心肌收缩力显著降低(P<0.05);10、15、20mg/mL谷氨酸钠溶液都可使心率显著加快(P<0.05);1mg/mL谷氨酸钠溶液对心肌收缩力和心率的影响均不显著。结论:低浓度谷氨酸钠增强蟾蜍心脏功能,而高浓度谷氨酸钠降低心肌收缩力。
Aim:To study the effects of different concentration sodium glutamate on the contractility and heart rate of isolated heart in toad. Methods :Isolated heart of toad were perfused with different concentration sodium glutamate. The changes of the contractility and heart rate were recorded and analyzed respectively with biological-medical signal acquisition and processing systems, Results:The solution of 10,15 mg/ml sodium glutamate increased significantly the myocardial contractility (P〈0.05), and 20 mg/ml sodium glutamate decreased significantly the myocardial contraction (P〈0.05). The solution of 10,15, 20 mg/ml sodium glutamate in- creased significantly the heart rate (P〈0.01, P〈0.05). The solution of 1 mg/ml sodium glutamate had no effects on the contractility and the heart rate. Conclusion:The sodium glutamate of lower concentration strengthens the cardiac function, and that higher concentra- tion reduces the myocardial contractility.
