摘要
从恒定洁净室风量(换气次数)及恒定新风量(洁净区的压力梯度)的角度,利用电动双位定风量阀,阐述电动双位定风量阀在洁净空调系统上所具有的稳定性及节能性。
The stability and energy-saving of dual-position consistent air valve was explained,in terms of consistent air volume（air change rate） to cleanroom and consistent make-up air volume（pressure cascade of clean zone） by using the valve.
