摘要
目的 对40 只家兔P3a 成分进行识别并对其特征进行研究。方法 按国际10~20 系统在家兔颅骨内9 个点安放电极,用听觉Oddball 刺激序列记录这些部位的波形,并对其进行分析,辨认P300 亚成分P3a’和P3b’。结果 29 只家兔P3a’与P3b’同时存在,P3a’潜伏期(275 .7 ±22 .6)ms,其余11 只家兔P3a’单独存在,P3a’潜伏期延迟为(301.3 ±16 .1)ms,P3a’波幅呈额- 顶分布,由Fz 点的(34 .7 ±3.0)μV 逐渐降低至Pz 点的(16.7 ±3 .1)μV,在用概率为15 % ,50% ,85% ,100% 的声音刺激时,其波幅呈概率依赖性,即概率越低,波幅越高,概率越高波幅越小。结论 家兔P3a’在头颅分布及概率依赖性方面与人类P3a 相符,因此,家兔P3a’与人类P3a 相似。
Objective To recognize the P3a component in rabbits and its character.Methods Electrodes attached to 9 sites on rabbit's skull according to the 10~20 systems of International standard.An Oddball paradigm stimulus was adopted to record the waveform at 9 sites of rabbit's skull.Then,the P3a and P3b component of P300 was analyzed and recognized.Results The P3a' and P3b' were existed in 29 rabbits simultaneously.The latency of P3a' was (275.7±22.6)ms.Of 11 rabbits with P3a' single existence,the latency delayed to (301.3±16.1)ms.The waveform amplitude of P3a was distributed in frontoparietal area,it was gradually and significantly decreased from Fz(34.7±3.0)μV to Pz point(16.7± 3.1)μV. Using the sound stimutus of 15%,50%,85%,100% probability,the wave amplitude presented dependence.The lower the probability,the higher the amplitude is.Conclusion According to above study,it is confirmed that the rabbit P3a' is similar to human P3a.
