慢性乙型肝炎病毒携带者血清转化生长因子-β_1水平与肝超微结构纤维化改变的相关性分析及临床意义 被引量：2

摘要 慢性乙型肝炎病毒（HBV）携带者对HBV呈完全免疫耐受,在慢性HBV感染者中占了很大的比重,该类患者通常生化检查在正常范围,且肝组织学检查无明显异常,目前对于此类患者肝脏损伤整体评估尤其是纤维化方面缺乏有效手段。本研究旨在探讨慢性HBV携带者血清转化生长因子（TGF）-β1水平和肝脏超微结构纤维化改变的相关性及临床意义,现报告如下。
