专业建设是一项复杂的系统工程,要制定出一个得到专家认可、切实可行的建设方案,就要对高职教育教学有正确、深刻理解,对有关政策要有正确的把握,对学校的实际情况要有深入了解。结合骨干校专业建设方案制定的实践,阐述了如何深刻理解和领会国务院、教育部有关文件精神;根据文件精神和建设任务要抓住专业建设方案制定的关键问题,注重内涵建设,做到有创新和质的突破,并指出了专业建设方案涉及的几个方面。

Professional construction is complex system engineering. In order to establish feasible constructing scheme with experts＇ approval, it needs to have correct and profound understanding for higher vocational educational teaching, correct grasp for related policy, and profound understanding for practical condition of colleges. Combining the practice of scheme-making for professional construction in backbone colleges, this paper discusses how to understand and comprehend the spirit of related documents in the State Council and Ministry of Education. According to the document spirit and constructing task it needs to grasp the key issues in the scheme-making of professional construction. It should pay attention to the connotation construction, and do the innovative and qualitative breakthrough, as well as put forward referred several aspccts of scheme-making of professional construction.
