摘要
从孔子教师形象谈起,指出高职教师素质不仅要有高尚的人格魅力、渊博的专业素养、孜孜不倦的传道精神,而且还应具有与时俱进的创新意识。只有这样,才能为国家培养出高素质、高技能应用性专门人才。
