Thought on Graduates' Employment Problem in Higher Vocational Colleges Run by Local People

随着高等教育进入到大众化阶段,就业难成为高等教育面临的严峻问题。民办高职院校作为新生力量,根基不稳,社会认可度不高,竞争力相对较弱。要转变这一不利状况,应从提高学生就业率上深入改革,采取有效措施,提高学生就业率,从而使学校不仅能生存,而且能发展。

As higher education develops into the stage of popularity, employment difficulty has become the serious problem faced by higher education. As the newly emerging force, the higher vocational colleges run by local people has unstable root, tow social approval and poor competition. In order to change this disadvantage, it should deepen reform for increasing students＇ employment rate by adopting effective measures. Then students＇ employment rate can be increased so that colleges can survive and develop.
