摘要
通过一系列实验 ,就浸渍磷酸盐在改善炭 -石墨抗磨材料 M2 1 0在 650℃氧化性气分中的使用寿命问题进行了探讨。实验表明 :通过调整浸渍液的配方和适当提高浸渍后处理温度 ,可以有效地改善炭 -石墨抗磨材料在高温氧化性气分中的使用性能 。
The oxidation mechanism of carbon-graphite was related.And the service life of M210 wearable material in oxidization atmosphere at 650℃ was tested by phosphates impregnation.The results show that the technical performances in high temperature oxidization atmosphere are effectively improved and the service life is extended by regulating the prescription of maceration liquid and properly improving heat-traeated temperature after impregnated.
