摘要
回弹是板材成形中不可避免的现象 ,在多点成形中 ,采用反复成形方法可以显著地减小回弹。本文探讨了反复成形法减小回弹的机理 ,并通过几种典型试件的反复成形实验 ,研究了反复成形次数对减小试件回弹的作用以及板材厚度对反复成形效果的影响。
Springback is an inevitable consequence in the process of sheet metal forming.In Multipoint forming,springback would be effectively minimized by alternate forming technology.In this paper,the principle of minimizing springback by alternate forming is explained.Based on the experiments on alternate forming of several typical shape samples,the relation between alternate forming times and the effect of minimizing springback is discussed,and the relation between the thickness of sheet metal and the precision of samples by alternate forming is analyzed.
