文章介绍了开放获取的含义与意义,并分析了开放获取对图书馆业务工作产生的影响,以及图书馆如何利用开放获取资源更好地进行读者服务工作。
This paper introduces the meaning and significance of open access,and analyses the influence of open access on library business,as well as how to use the open access resources to serve the readers better.
