摘要
采用溶胶 -凝胶方法合成了含有硫化铅的钠硼硅干胶 ,通过与硫化氢气体反应再进行密实化处理 ,成功地制备了含有硫化铅微晶的钠硼硅系统玻璃 .详细地研究了此种玻璃的制备机理及结构性质 ,结果表明 :可以在均匀、纳米孔径的干凝胶中预先掺杂硫化铅钠米微晶 ,通过升温对干凝胶进行密实化处理 ,可以达到制备掺杂纳米硫化铅玻璃的目的 .此种玻璃的三阶非线性极化率 χ( 3) 为 1 .1×1 0 - 11esu .
The transparent stiff sodium borosilicate gels containing PbS were synthesized by sol-gel method. The sol-gel derived sodium borosilicate glass doped with PbS microcrystals was prepared successfully by densification of the stiff gels containing PbS which is reacted with H 2S. The preparation mechanism and structural properties of the glass doped with PbS microcrystals were investigated in detail. All the results show that PbS nanometer microcrystals can be doped in the stiff sodium borosilicate gels with uniform and nanometer pore sizes in advance. The objective of preparation of sodium borosilicate glass doped with PbS microcrystals can be reached by densification of the stiff gels at elevated temperature. The third order nonlinear susceptibility of the glass doped with PbS microcrystals was characterized by Z -scan method, and the measured χ (3) is 1.1×10 -11 esu.
