摘要
2011年7月29日至8月20日浙江龙游县某养殖场共发生布鲁氏菌病(布病)7例,罹患率为20%(7/35),另有1例布病感染者。细菌学检测,首发病例血培养出羊种布鲁氏菌3型。外地未经检疫的山羊大量流入,羊养殖场工作人员缺少有效防护是造成本次暴发疫情流行的主要原因。
From July 29 to August 20,2011,an outbreak of brucellosis occurred in a farm in Longyou county in Zhejiang province,7 cases were reported.The attack rate was 20%（7/35）.Bacterial detection indicated that Brucella melitensis biovar 3 was detected in the blood sample of the first case.The importation of large number of non quarantined goats from northern China and lack of effective protection in the farm workers were the major causes of the outbreak.
