孟鲁司特钠用于治疗儿童哮喘的临床疗效研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究孟鲁司特钠治疗儿童哮喘的临床疗效。方法将吴江市震泽医院2010年1~12月确诊为哮喘的94例患儿,按照入院就诊的顺序随机分为两组,两组各47例。对照组采用布地奈德鼻喷剂常规治疗,实验组加用孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片。评估两组患儿的总有效率及咳嗽症状消失时间,以反映两组的疗效对比。结果实验组的总有效率为93.7%,咳嗽症状消失时间为(4.37±1.33)d;对照组的总有效率为83.0%,咳嗽症状消失时间为(11.43±1.24)d。两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论孟鲁司特钠用于治疗儿童哮喘具有较满意的效果,复发率较低,值得临床推广使用。 [Objective] To investigate the effect of Montelukast Sodium in treating asthma in children. [Methods] According to treatment time, 94 children with asthma were divided into two groups randomly, the first group called control group were given the routine treatment; the other group called observation group were give the medicine of Montelukast Sodium besides the routine treatment. Compare the two groups on total efficient and the time required for the disappearance of cough. [Results] The total efficient of observation group was 93.7%, while control group was 83.0%. The observation group required (4.37±1.33) days, while the control group was (11.43±1.24) days. Consequently the difference between these two groups had statistical sig- nificance (P 〈0.05). [ Conclusion] The effect of Montelukast Sodium in treating asthma in children is obvious, and the recurrence rate is very low, so that, it's worthy to be promoted for clinical.
