急诊肺栓塞临床特点探讨

目的探讨我院急诊在2010年1月～2011年12月发现的肺栓塞患者的临床发病、诊断及治疗方面等特点。方法将我院急诊内科于2010年1月1日～2011年12月31日经CTPA确诊的51例肺栓塞患者的病例资料进行总结分析。结果多数肺栓塞患者临床表现及其化验检查具有明显各自不同特点,但也存在一定普遍规律。经确诊肺栓塞患者经正确治疗后大多获临床缓解。结论肺栓塞可发生于多个系统疾病之后,常规检查不易诊断,尤其在争论这一特点尤为明显,误诊率极高。但深入了解此病特点并于急诊临床工作中加以重视可提高其诊断率,抗凝溶栓等治疗疗效较肯定。

Objective To explore the emergency in our hospital in January 2010 to December 2011, research the clinical diagnosis and treatment of diseases of the patients with pulmonary embolism. Methods The emergency patients in our hospital from January 1, 2010 to December 31, 2011 CTPA were diagnosed, data of 51 patients with pulmonary embolism were analyszed. Results Most of the patients with pulmonary embolism clinical manifestations and laboratory tests had obvious different characteristics, but also had certain universal law. It had been diagnosed with pulmonary embolism after the treatment. Conclusions Pulmonary embolism can happen after multiple system disease, the conventional check is not easy to diagnose, especially in debating this characteristic, the misdiagnosis rate is extremely high. But understanding characteristics and the disease in emergency clinical work will improve the diagnosis rate, the anticoagulant thrombolysis curative effect was for certain.
