As the muddy coast port and the deepening of channel depth,port and waterway siltation is growing in intensity,which can cause the development of float mud,and will add to the difficulty to the maintenance of port and channel depth.This paper discusses and analyzes the characteristics of the floating mud and discusses the application principle and method of nautical depth,as well as benefits that can be obtained in practical application.
