摘要
投标报价决策中常用的概率分析指标比较少,文章给出了报价比、成本比率和中标利润等扩展性指标的定义和使用方法,并通过案例说明概率分析法在投标决策中的应用。
The common indexes of probability analysis in bidding decision are very less.The definition and application of three extended indexes as bidding ratio,cost ratio and successful bid profit are discussed.At last,the paper illustrates the application of probability analysis in bidding decision.
