浅析技能大赛与经管类专业职业教育改革

To Analyze the Impact of Vocational Students Skills Competition to the Reform of Vocational Education

全国职业院校技能大赛举办四年以来,有效的推动了职业教育质量的提高,对于经管类职业教育改革也提供了有效的抓手,在专业建设、课程改革、实训基地建设、师资队伍建设、校企合作的提升、学生塑造等方面都起到了极大的推动作用。本文立足多年指导学生参加各级技能大赛和教学改革的实践,结合经管类专业特点,从明确改革方向、促进实训基地建设、双师教师培养等方面分析了技能大赛对促进职业教育教学改革的作用,探讨了学院以技能大赛为抓手、深化教学改革的做法。

Since the National Vocational Students Skills Competition have been taken for three years,it has improved the quality of vocational education greatly.It is a good method to accelerate the reform of vocational education which related with economic and management.It has been improved the quality of courses,subjects,practicing and training bases,teaching staff,cooperation of colleges and businesses and students greatly.This article was based on the rich experiences to coach students to attend different levels and kinds of vocational skills competitions and teaching reform practices.Combining the characteristic of economic and management courses,the effect of vocational skills competitions to vocational education was analyzed from to direct the reform,to improve the quality and quantity of practicing and training bases,to foster more teachers who are both familiar with the theory and practice.The practices of colleges have taken to deepen the teaching reform through the students skills competition was to be discussed too.
