摘要
校企合作是高职院切实提高育人的针对性和实效性,提高技能型人才的培养质量的重要举措,但在实践中面临着困境,需要政府从观念引导方面、法规政策方面、经济方面和管理方面进行支持,以确保校企合作能够更深入、更有效,以实现高职教育的目标。
The school-enterprise cooperation is an important measure that college improves the targeted and the effectiveness of cultivation,and enhances the training quality of skilled talents.However,it faces the dilemma in practice,and it needs the support of the government from the idea of policy,economy,laws and regulations,and the management to ensure that the school-enterprise cooperation is deeper and more effective,in order to realize the goal of higher vocational education.
