摘要
当前,高校基建实施精细化管理成为实现质量、投资、工期等建设管理最优目标的必由之路。本文结合实际工作,从高校基本建设业主管理的角度,对基本建设的六个重要的阶段的精细化管理进行阐述和总结。
Currently,implementation of Elaboration Managerment for college infrastructure is the only way to achieve the optimal target on quality,investment,time limit,ect.of construction management.Based on the working practice and college basic construction owner management,we expound and summarize Elaboration Management from six important stages.
