严格过程管理,推行“四管”制度——高职道路桥梁工程技术专业学生顶岗实习管理探索

Being Strict to Process Management and Implementing “Four Management” System:Post Practice Management of the Road Bridge Engineering Major in Higher Vocational College

湖北交通职业技术学院道路与桥梁工程系针对学生顶岗实习过程管理,经过三年多的探索和实践,总结出一套行之有效、深受学院、企业、家长好评的"四管"制度,即"学院主管、企业监管、学生自管、家长协管",明显提高了学生顶岗实习的教学质量,彰显了鲜明的校企双控双评特色。

For the post internship process management of students,after three years of exploration and practice,the Road and Bridge Engineering Department of Hubei Communications Technical College summaried a proven ＂Four Management＂ system which was praised deeply by college,enterprise and parents,that was ＂college competent,and enterprise supervision,students self-management and parents assistance＂.This system obviously improved the teaching quality of students＇ post internship,and showed sharp features with the control and comments of of school and enterprises.
