摘要
教学质量评价是高校教学管理过程中必不可少的重要方面。文章根据教学质量评价原则建立一套评价教师教学质量的指标体系,并采用定性与定量相结合的模糊综合评价方法对教师教学质量进行综合评价。目的是为了探索一种科学合理的教学质量评价体系,使教学质量评价工作变得更科学、合理、公正。
Teaching quality assessment is the essential aspect in the process of teaching management.This article established the index system of teaching quality evaluation based on the principles of the teaching quality assessment,and used qualitative and quantitative fuzzy evaluation method to make the comprehensive evaluation of teaching quality.The purpose is to explore a scientific and rational evaluation system of teaching quality and make teaching quality assessment more scientific,reasonable and fair.
